Terms & Conditions

These product Terms and Conditions is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be decided only by the law of Malaysia in the Malaysian courts. The LETSMASK digital store website is owned and operated by LETS  MASK SDN BHD. 

I. Price

The LETSMASK reserves the right to change the product pricing anytime without any prior notification.

II. Availability

To guarantee the availability of products for all customers, LETSMASK reserve the right to impose pre-determined maximum purchase limits on individual items for each customer.

If a scenario where products are not available due to factors beyond the control of LETSMASK, LETSMASK will endeavour to provide a substitute item which is closest on price and type to the original ordered item. Customer anyhow are entitled to refuse to accept the substituted goods. The customers must sent the rejected products back to LETSMASK to initiate the refund process.
